Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
      Some countries impose a value limit on shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact your local customs office for more information on the value limits for your country.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
      When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
How do I track my order?
      To lookup the status of your order, log in to your account.
      Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
      Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
      You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
